NOTICE
Bolevecká Student Fitness Center Policies and Schedule Changes
· Since January 2016 all Student Fitness Center participants must have either a valid ID student card (JIS Card) or ´Cizí student´ ID Card (for the Faculty of Medicine students, Charles University).
· To obtain the card please contact the fitness manager Mr Vodrážka via vodr@kts.zcu.cz
· Each person will enter and exit the fitness center through the main entrance.
· Admission fees payments are to be made at UWB Cashier's Office:
Univerzitní 8: Mo-Fri 8-11 am, 12-2 pm
Sady Petatřicátníků 14: Mo-Fri 8-11 am
· To gain access into the activity space at the Student Fitness Center the students are required to submit proof of payment to the fitness manager Mr Vodrážka in person or via email.
· Surveillance camera system will be implemented to enhance safety of the Student Fitness Center.
· Individuals who present false identification or whose ID card is presented by another individual will incur an immediate expulsion from the fitness center and indefinite suspension from entrance into the fitness center.
· In addition, participants who fail to abide by Student Fitness Center policies (in terms of poor hygiene, damaging and abusing the equipment, etc) may also be suspended from entrance into the fitness center.
· These regulations do not apply to the UWB and the CU PE classes.
· Admission Fees:
1 months CZK 485 per month
3 months CZK 885
5 months CZK 1300
10 months CZK 2390
